General

These general terms and conditions apply to business relationships between customers via the online shop as well as in writing, by telephone or by email at Zanotelli EVO Distribution AG.

 

Prices

The prices on the homepage www.zanotelli-evo.ch include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, the day of the order being applicable. All prices are in Swiss Francs.

 

Delivery time

The items offered are usually in stock. They will be delivered as soon as possible. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Availability of the goods and changes to the range are reserved.

 

Shipping

The tariffs of the Swiss Post apply. The shipping costs are passed on to the customer. From an order value of CHF 40.—, the order will be delivered within Switzerland without shipping costs.

 

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Zanotelli EVO Distribution AG until they have been paid for in full.

 

Return of goods

In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods, we will charge the resulting costs. Exchange of the goods is not possible except in the case of defective goods or wrong delivery.

 

Complaints

Complaints can be accepted within 5 days of receipt of the goods. If goods that have been sent to you by post show transport damage, this must be reported to your post office immediately.

 

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
